How do I know which service is right for me?
It depends on where you are in the process and how much involvement you want. The Preliminary Design Review is ideal for early-stage clarity. The Comprehensive Design Service suits those ready to move into full planning. The Execution Partnership is for clients who want a dedicated presence through the renovation itself. We are happy to talk through your situation before any decision is made.
Do you work outside Kuala Lumpur?
Our primary focus is the Klang Valley — Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. For projects in other states, we consider on a case-by-case basis. Remote design consultations are available for certain service types. Please reach out to discuss your location.
What does the Preliminary Design Review include exactly?
A site visit to your space, a structured conversation about how you use and want to feel in the space, and a written evaluation delivered within one week. It covers colour direction, material mood suggestions, and spatial layout observations. It does not include 3D visuals or contractor documents — those are part of the Comprehensive Design Service.
Can I start with the Review and move into the full design later?
Yes. A number of our clients begin with the Preliminary Design Review to gain clarity before committing to a fuller engagement. The review fee is credited toward the Comprehensive Design Service if you proceed within 60 days.
How are contractor relationships managed?
Under the Execution Partnership, we manage supplier and contractor relationships on your behalf — handling communications, procurement coordination, and site inspection visits. You remain informed and in control of key decisions without carrying the day-to-day coordination burden.
How is pricing structured — is there anything beyond the listed fees?
The listed fees cover the design and coordination services described. Furniture, materials, contractor work, and third-party purchases are separate costs. We are transparent about these early in the conversation so there are no surprises as the project progresses.
