Preliminary Design Review
MYR 500
A considered first step — visiting your space, understanding your priorities, and providing a written evaluation of design potential. Includes colour direction, material mood, and spatial layout observations. Applicable to residential and small-scale commercial spaces. Delivered within one week.
This service is for those who want a professional perspective before committing to a full design engagement. It answers the question: "What is this space capable of, and where should we focus?"
What is included
Site visit and space assessment
We visit the property and observe the existing conditions — proportions, light quality, flow, structural constraints.
Brief conversation and priorities
A structured discussion to understand how you use the space, what you want to change, and what must remain.
Written evaluation delivered
A clear document covering colour direction, material mood, layout observations, and key recommendations. Delivered within one week.
Service 02
Comprehensive Design Service
MYR 3,500
A thorough engagement encompassing spatial planning, material and finish selection, furniture layout, lighting design, and immersive 3D walkthroughs. All elements are presented in a unified Design Book with detailed specifications. Includes two feedback rounds and a contractor-ready document set.
For homes, villas, and boutique commercial interiors ready to move from concept into detailed planning. Delivered in 6–10 weeks.

Service 03
Execution Partnership
MYR 1,900
Collaborative support through the renovation — managing supplier relationships, overseeing procurement, conducting site inspections, and coordinating trades. Wraps up with a styling session to position furniture, art, and accessories.
For clients who want a dedicated partner ensuring the design is brought to life with care and consistency. Engagement of 8–16 weeks. This service is typically taken alongside, or following, the Comprehensive Design Service.
What is included
Supplier and contractor management
Managing relationships, communications, and procurement on your behalf throughout the renovation.
Regular site inspections
We visit the site at key stages to confirm the work matches the design intent and flag issues early.
Final styling session
Once construction is complete, we conduct a dedicated styling session — positioning furniture, art, and accessories to realise the full design vision.

Confidentiality
All project information — address, images, layout, and personal preferences — is treated as confidential and not shared without explicit permission.
Written agreements
Every engagement begins with a written scope of work. Changes are documented formally. No verbal understandings are relied upon.
Measured site data
All spatial planning is based on verified measurements taken on site — not estimates. This prevents the most common source of costly late-stage adjustments.
Climate-appropriate design
Malaysian conditions — high humidity, intense light, and thermal behaviour — are factored into material choices. We do not specify finishes that look good in European catalogues but perform poorly here.
Coordinated document sets
Design, electrical, and material documents are coordinated so that contractors are working from consistent information. Conflicts between trades are identified before work begins.
Post-delivery support
After each engagement concludes, we remain contactable for questions that arise as the client settles into the completed space. This is not a paid extension — it is part of how we work.
Pricing
Straightforward, fixed-fee pricing
All fees are for design and coordination services only. Materials, furniture, and construction are billed separately.
